At 03 o'clock, the police were alerted to a party in an apartment in central Eksjö. A person is said to have hit at least two other people. The police arrive at the scene and determine that no one has been seriously injured. A 25-year-old man is suspected of assault.

Three wild animal accidents have occurred in a short period of time. 
05.38: A train collided with an elk near Ekenässjön in Vetlanda municipality. No person has been injured. 
06.16: A passenger car collided with a deer on county road 877, Landsbro, Vetlanda municipality. No person has been injured, but the vehicle suffered minor damage. 
06.12: A passenger car collided with an elk on county road 127, Sävsjö municipality. The elk has landed on the windshield. The driver has not been injured.
