Police regional command center has handled a 70-some incidents between 22:00 and 07:00 in Östergötland County.

Assault, Linköping
At 04:30, police were alerted to an address in Linköping due to a suspected assault. A man allegedly assaulted a woman with a blunt object in a residence. The patrol finds a woman with injuries, but awake and able to speak. The woman is taken to the hospital by ambulance. The man, aged 25, is apprehended near the residence and has been detained since morning, suspected of grievous assault.

Police have also handled incidents such as wildlife accidents, mental health issues, and traffic checks, as well as conducted routine checks on their own initiative or in response to public alarm.
