The police's regional command center has handled between 22.00-07.00 a number of cases related to Östergötland's county.

At 22.50, the police are alerted to an address in Old Town in Norrköping due to a suspected break-in. An unknown person has been seen at a window of a multi-family house. The person is then said to have left on foot. On the scene, the police can confirm that a pane is broken. Shortly thereafter, a call comes in that a man has been seen boarding a tram nearby the scene. His behavior made other passengers suspect that he seemed to want to hide from the police. The police have checked the area but no suspected person can be found in the vicinity. A report of vandalism has been drawn up. 

At 23.00, the police are alerted to an apartment in Skänninge, Mjölby municipality where there has been heard arguing. In the apartment are several people, including a 20-year-old man who is said to have slammed a door so that it broke. The man is suspected of minor vandalism. The property owner becomes the injured party.
