Police alarm leads to the location where a witness saw a man with a weapon in hand. When the police arrive, the man drops the weapon and can be secured by the patrol. On the ground lies an axe and the man is intoxicated. The man is taken to the hospital for testing, he is suspected at present of gross crime against the knife law.
