During the day, the police tried to stop and check a private car in Åre. The driver first tried to leave the check but the police managed to stop the car.

The driver, a man, blew positively in the sampling instrument and is suspected of driving under the influence. He is also suspected of gross unlawful driving as he lacks the permission to drive, as well as for not having stopped at the police officer's signal.
