Here follows a selection of events from last night:

During the night, a man in Ånge municipality was arrested on suspicion of having assaulted and threatened a woman he has a relationship with. As there were children at the address, he is also suspected of child welfare offenses.

During the night, two men in Örnsköldsvik were arrested on suspicion of drug offenses, personal use, and intent to sell. The men, who are in their 35-year-old, are being questioned and subsequently detained by the prosecutor.

Reports are received that a person is found on a construction site in Örnsköldsvik without permission. The area is fenced off. The person leaves the area, but the police find him. An interview is held with the person, a 30-year-old man, as well as with a witness. The case is being investigated as illegal entry, attempted theft, and offenses against the knife law and minor drug offenses, personal use. A report is to be prepared.

The police have also carried out several checks on individuals and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of crime.
