23.37: After a driver, a 60-year-old man, is stopped in central Örebro, suspicion arises of drunk driving. A blood alcohol test is performed, and the man is suspected of gross drunk driving, his driver's license has been previously seized and served, and the man is therefore also suspected of serious illegal driving.
