Police were alerted to an address outside Lund due to a woman being subjected to an assault in a residence.

On the scene, the woman and a man she has some form of relationship with were found. The 35-year-old man was apprehended and is suspected of assault and illegal threats. As there were children present in the residence, a report is also being filed for child peace disturbance.

There are no reports that the woman has required hospital care.
