Alarms are received about a man behaving threateningly inside a store in the city centre by screaming and being unpleasant to staff and others. When a police patrol arrives, the man refuses to follow without putting up resistance and thus becomes suspected of violent resistance.

The man, who is in his 40s, was allowed to follow for a body search and a report was also drawn up regarding a minor narcotics offence of personal use.
