SOS Alarm reports that the drivers have collided front to front, whereupon a vehicle is stuck in a snowdrift. A vehicle is blocking the road and it is completely stopped in traffic. Three people are affected. One person is complaining of pain in the upper body. 

The area is expected to be slippery. 

The police are on their way to investigate the accident and assist with traffic direction.
