Two intoxicated men are apprehended in Umeå in the afternoon.
14:28, Alvik, the police are alerted to a shopping center. There a man is found who is assessed to be too intoxicated to take care of himself. He is taken into custody in accordance with the Act on the Care of Intoxicated Persons (LOB).
15:23, Järnvägstorget, Umeå. The police are made aware of an intoxicated man outdoors. They go to the location and find the man. He is taken into custody in accordance with the Act on the Care of Intoxicated Persons (LOB).
