A driver, a 45-year-old man, is suspected of having driven a car while intoxicated after being checked by a police patrol.

The man is allowed to ride with the patrol for a test and the result of the test will show if he has committed driving under the influence of narcotics as well as minor narcotics offenses through personal use.
