Here follow a selection of the night's events:

22.05 Wildlife accident, Kiruna:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a truck and an elk on county road 395, Merasjärvi. No personal injuries are reported.

22.12 Break-in, Gällivare:
Police patrol is ordered to central Gällivare due to a suspected break-in into a storage facility. Damage has been made to a lock. It is unclear when it occurred and what was stolen. The location is documented and a report regarding theft through break-in is drawn up.

23.15 Wildlife accident, Kiruna:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a truck and a reindeer on E10, west of Svappavaara. No personal injuries are reported.

Otherwise:
A person has been taken into custody for intoxication.

Police have also carried out checks of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of crime.
