Center, the police are contacted regarding a drunk man inside a grocery store.
Police are heading to the scene. A person finds the man and makes the assessment that he is too intoxicated to be able to take care of himself. He is taken into custody according to the LOB (Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons).
