Man arrested after assault
Shortly before 02:00, the police are contacted about a ongoing brawl in a residence in Nässjö municipality. There, a man is said to have been violent against a woman he is in a relationship with. The police arrive and the man in question is handcuffed. He is arrested on suspicion of assault. The affected woman has been examined by an ambulance. She is not said to have sustained any critical injuries. The suspected man, who is in his 45s, has been detained by the prosecutor this morning.
