Reports came in about a man in his 20s who came to the hospital in Västerås with injuries believed to have been caused by a sharp object. The police were dispatched and a report of aggravated assault by an unknown perpetrator was made.

The crime is believed to have occurred during the evening/night between Saturday and Sunday. The crime scene is currently unknown.
