The theft occurred on Friday morning. The owner, who had installed an "airtag" on the bicycle, contacted the police after discovering that the "airtag" was moving through Kumla towards Örebro.

The owner was able to guide police patrols to an address in western Örebro via the location where the bicycle was found, which led to a 30-year-old man being suspected of the theft. He attempted to flee from the police but was quickly caught.

The bicycle taken into custody and will be able to be returned to the rightful owner.
