Police are heading to central Östersund due to reports that a person drove onto a concrete foundation and that the driver then left the scene.

The driver, a man in his 35s, is found by the police and suspicion arises that he is under the influence of drugs. He is required to accompany the police for a drug test and questioning.

A report is filed regarding suspected gross drunk driving, minor drug offense of possession and personal use, and fleeing the scene of a traffic accident.
