During the night, a person in Haparanda and one in Boden have been apprehended according to the LOB, the law on apprehension of intoxicated persons. The latter is suspected of violent resistance.

Police stop and check a man who is said to have driven a car under the influence of alcohol. He is taken in for further testing. A report on drunk driving is drawn up. 

02:28 Assault, Boden
Police are ordered to an address in Boden where a party is said to have escalated according to incoming information. A report on assault is drawn up after two men are said to have argued. 

Other: Three wildlife accidents without personal injury have been reported to the police. They occurred in Pajala center, in Björkfors, Kalix municipality, and on E45 Svappavaara, Kiruna municipality.
