During the morning, the police stopped and checked a private car in Skellefteå. The driver, a 25-year-old man, was suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and was taken in for a test. A report was filed regarding driving under the influence of drugs and minor narcotics offense through personal use. The driver's license and car keys were confiscated.
