Phone calls are received from a person who has seen unknown people moving near a friend's house.

The caller suspects that a break-in is taking place.

When the caller returns to the house, the people have left the scene in their vehicle.

Several patrols are dispatched to the area.

After an hour, a patrol from the police traffic unit gets a glimpse of the vehicle, which chooses not to stop at the police officer's signal.

The patrol initiates a pursuit that lasts for around ten minutes, and which ends with the vehicle driving off the road.

The police are forced to use pepper spray to gain control of the driver, a man in his mid-30s.

He is now suspected of gross reckless driving, gross negligence in traffic, drug driving and possession of narcotics.

The man was released on bail after questioning.
