22.20. Karlstad. Traffic Offence. Boy under 18 years suspected of driving without a license. The boy was stopped by the police when he drove a tractor-registered vehicle at a very high speed. The vehicle was stopped at Färjestad. The driver's license was confiscated and the boy was handed over to the custodian. The vehicle was seized and a report was submitted to the social authorities.

00.10 Karlstad. Narcotics Offence. Man in 45-year-old suspected of narcotics possession.

01.08 Torsby. Vandalism. A tractor with an EPA label had a window smashed after it slid around in a built-up area. Several people acted aggressively towards the driver, a 15-year-old boy. A report was submitted regarding vandalism and threats.

03.21 Karlstad. Burglary. Alarm in progress of a residential house burglary on Segerstad. Patrol arrived at the scene and found footprints and crime tools. It is unclear if anything was taken.

A lot of calls about fireworks shooting, some controls in connection with this. Otherwise routine matters.
