People have also heard a fire alarm and screams and shouting.

A police patrol that is first on the scene knocks on the designated apartment, where the residents are trying to put out something on the balcony.

The patrol uses its fire extinguisher to put out the fire.

A man in his 60s is taken to hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries.

Both the man and a woman of the same age are suspected of gross negligence.
