Police are dispatched and may encounter the two cars. Two men in their 20s were traveling in one of the cars. One of the men is suspected of having thrown firecrackers. He is suspected of having caused danger to another person for the three people who were in the other car. He is also suspected of damaging the other car. A report is filed.
