The public alerts the police due to a ongoing break-in in a car on Östervärnsgatan. 

On the scene it is established that two parked cars have smashed windows, and in one of the cars a man in his 20s is sitting. 

The man is not the owner of the car and he has suspected stolen goods and also suspected crime tools on him. He is apprehended and is now suspected of theft through break-in in the current cars.
