Aggressive and intoxicated man appears to be trying to steal a bicycle in Västberga.

The general public observes a man who appears to be trying to steal a bicycle in Västberga. The man is agitated and gives an affected impression. After a while, he becomes aggressive and starts throwing things around him.

A patrol apprehends the man temporarily and removes him to another district. No criminal complaint becomes relevant.
