A free police officer calls out to the driver of a car on E4, whom he believes is driving under the influence. The driver takes off from E4 to Lindhagensgatan, where the free police officer stops the car and other police officers can join.

The driver is a man in his early twenties who is suspected of driving under the influence, unauthorized driving, drug offense for personal use, and reckless driving. A woman of the same age who is also in the car is suspected of drug offense for personal use and permitting unauthorized driving.
