23.26 an alarm about a smoke-filled villa arrives. It is also reported that flames are coming from the lower floor.

When the fire department has extinguished the fire, two people are found deceased on the lower floor.

The deceased are a man born in 1933 and his son born in 1965.

A preliminary investigation regarding arson is initiated through cordoning off.
