The man left the store located on Vänersborgsvägen and the staff followed him at a distance while they called the police. The man continued towards another grocery store, which he entered. The police arrived at the scene and found the man inside the store. He was arrested, initially suspected of robbery. With him was a box from the first store as well as a branch that could be perceived as baton-like. It is unknown what the man has stolen. The man is in his 40s.
