The police stop a vehicle to check the sobriety of the person driving the car. The driver, a man in his 50s, is suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and is to follow along for a blood test.

An analysis of the sample may show if he had anything illegal in his body. The man is now suspected of driving under the influence of narcotics as well as minor narcotics offense of personal use.
