Mountain Rescue Operation, Joeströms area.

Commanding officers make a decision on mountain rescue according to the LSO, the Act on Protection against Accidents, to help assist a person who has fallen off a snowmobile in terrain, approximately one mile from a passable road.

Mountain rescuers are called out. The person is taken to an ambulance for further transport to medical care.

The police investigate how the accident occurred.
