The police receive a call from a person who observes a car driving recklessly along national road 66 between Västerås and Surahammar. A patrol is alerted to the location and stops the vehicle.

The driver, a man in his 50s, blows positively in the police's breathalyzer and is taken in for blood testing. The driver's license is confiscated and the man is suspected of driving under the influence.
