During the morning a driver was checked in central Örnsköldsvik. Suspicion arose that the driver, a man who lacked a driver's license, was under the influence of narcotics. He was made to accompany for a blood test. A report was made regarding driving under the influence of narcotics, minor narcotics offense and serious unauthorized driving. The vehicle keys were also taken into custody to temporarily prevent further travel.
