During the morning, the police are contacted about a fight between a woman and a man that took place in a residence in Värnamo municipality. The two involved parties are familiar with each other from before. Initially, it is very unclear exactly what happened. 

After gathering information about the incident and speaking with the two involved parties, information emerged that suggests the man was injured with a sharp object in connection with the fight. The woman, who is in her 30s, is arrested around lunchtime suspected of aggravated assault. 

The man is being treated at the hospital but has not sustained critical injuries. The police will need to hear from the two more thoroughly about what happened in the future.
