A taxi driver calls the police due to a drunken man refusing to pay for his taxi ride.

A police patrol is ordered to Malmagatan to speak with both the taxi driver and the man.

When the police arrive at the scene, the man decides to pay for his ride.

The patrol suspects that the man, who is in his mid-20s, is under the influence of narcotics. The man is therefore taken in for a body search and a blood test, which shows negative results, and the suspicions against the man are therefore dropped.
