Witness calls in when someone has seen a man driving a car in such a way that one suspects that he is under the influence. 

The man is said to have driven onto the wrong lane and then into a tree. 

When the patrol arrives at the scene, both the car and the driver are still at the tree. The man blows positively in the police's breathalyzer and is taken in for further testing, suspected of drunk driving.
