Police stop and inspect a car in Strömsund. Suspicion arises that the driver is under the influence of narcotics.  

The driver is allowed to accompany the driver for a blood test and the result will show if a crime has been committed. The car key and driver's license are seized and a report regarding suspected drunk driving and minor narcotics offense, personal use, will be drawn up.
