On Drottninggatan in central Enköping, a police patrol stops and checks a car.

The patrol suspects that the driver, a man in his 40s, is under the influence of narcotics and he is therefore taken in to give a blood sample.

A quick test shows a positive result and the man is therefore suspected of gross drug driving, or drug driving of a normal degree, as well as minor narcotics offense, personal use. The police seize the man's driving license.

Two more men in their 30-35s were traveling in the car. One of the men is suspected of minor narcotics offense, personal use, and the other is suspected of theft as the patrol also finds a certain amount of meat in the car.
