The police receive a call from a witness who sees a person trying to steal bicycles by removing locks with a jigsaw in an area in Östermalm. 

When a police patrol arrives, the person starts running from the scene, but can be quickly apprehended by the police patrol that was chasing after. 

A operator in the CCTV control center can see another person in a surveillance camera in the area who is suspected of being an accomplice. After a short search, the person can also be apprehended. 

A report of attempted theft and receiving stolen goods has been filed.
