The police are ordered to a residence due to a suspected break-in and that an unknown man is still present in the residence and sleeping in a bed. 

The woman exits the residence and waits for the police patrol on the street. 

The man is detained and taken into custody according to the law on intoxicated persons. He is suspected of unlawful intrusion and vandalism.
