When patrols arrive at the scene, several people from the public together have managed to subdue the suspected perpetrator. The police secure him and can after initial investigative measures arrest the man, who is in his 35-year-old age, suspected of assault and unlawful threats.

In the initial stage, three people are identified as complainants, but the number can change during the course of the investigation. A complainant is said to have been checked by ambulance personnel, but there are no reports of any more serious personal injuries.
