The police receive calls about a fight on Faktorsgatan, a man and a woman are arguing with a food delivery person after they allegedly drove into the delivery person's car with their electric bicycles. A patrol is sent to the scene and can, after questioning the victim and a witness, arrest a man in his 20s. He is suspected of unlawful threats and minor narcotics offense of personal use.
