The incident involves reports of explosions and smoke from a fire. A patrol is dispatched to the location and it turns out to be a fire that started in a car and spread to three more cars near a building. No one is reported to have suffered physical injury but some windows on a business building have been damaged. 

There is no suspect in the case as a report is being written about vandalism through fire.
