Police are alerted about people screaming and arguing with each other in a stairwell on Kommendörsgatan Street. The argument continues outside on the street. Police arrest a woman in her 40s suspected of assaulting a woman in her 30s and a man in his 50s. She is also suspected of smashing a camera. 

The people involved are not unknown to each other, but how their relationship is or what happened at the scene before the suspected crimes is unclear.
