Under the night before today a break-in alarm was triggered at a warehouse on Hammarö. At the break-in electronic equipment to the value of a high six-figure amount was seized.

Shortly before 11 am today a police patrol carried out a controlled stop of a vehicle on county road 561. In connection with the control suspicion arose of a connection to the serious theft of the night before.

After continued investigative work and good cooperation between the intervention activities and the Crime Council the police were able to locate an address where a large amount of electronic equipment was found. The equipment is suspected to have been stolen.

Several people are now detained, suspected of serious theft
