Two drivers are said to have been close to colliding with their cars. Both drivers, a man and a woman, are said to have stopped to check the cars. The man is said to have been upset and behaved threateningly towards the woman. The police are called to the scene, they find the people involved. The man is suspected of attempted assault or harassment. A report is to be drawn up.
