SOS alarm reports that they are sending resources to an apartment fire. No person should be left in the dwelling. 

The stairwell should be smoke-filled and there should be visible flames in the apartment.

Police have been ordered to the address, initial reports are that lives are to be saved and patrols are subordinate to the rescue leader.

The public is urged to respect any cordons and to allow rescue personnel to work undisturbed. 

Update:

There is no active fire on the scene anymore. Healthcare is checking a person.
Police patrol has begun information gathering to improve the situation picture of what caused the fire.
