The police were alerted that a man is using an axe to break glass windows in the reception of an office in Tensta which belongs to the district administration.
Staff are located in other parts of the premises and only the perpetrator remains in the reception when the police arrive four minutes after the alarm and can apprehend him. 

The man is in his 20s and is suspected of aggravated unlawful threats, gross vandalism and gross knife law violation.
