The police's regional command center has handled between 22.00-07.00 a hundred or so cases related to Östergötland County.

23:36 – Burglary, Norrköping
The police are alerted to a suspected burglary at a construction site in Svärtinge. There are reportedly two unauthorized individuals seen there. Upon arrival, the police find an open container. They are deployed with, among other things, a dog patrol to search for perpetrators in the area around the construction site. They never get any concrete leads on the perpetrators. The operation is soon concluded. A report is filed regarding an attempted theft. At present, there are no reports of stolen goods at the construction site. 

00:05 – Assault, Norrköping
Shortly after midnight, the police receive a call from a security guard who reports a fight that took place at Gamla torget in Norrköping. The police arrive at the scene and speak with several individuals. No one is reported to have suffered serious injuries. A man in his 20s is suspected of assaulting a man in his 30s. 

02:39 – Assault, Norrköping
Security guards call about a rowdy situation at Max on Norra promenaden. Through the surveillance center, it can be seen that there is a physical fight taking place at the parking lot. Several patrols are ordered to the scene and upon arrival, a person is found who is reportedly being beaten and has suffered minor injuries. Two others are also considered to be affected. No one is reported to have suffered serious injuries. At present, there is no identified suspect. A report is filed regarding assault. 

Since the late Saturday evening, the police have handled a handful of cases related to mental illness. In addition to this, they have handled cases of drunkenness at various locations. As usual, they have also performed a number of routine checks on their own initiative or after receiving a call from the public.
