A 60-year-old man has been arrested and later detained by the prosecutor, suspected of assault on a 60-year-old woman. The two have a relationship and the crime occurred in a residence. There is no information that the woman needed emergency care.

Traffic Accident, Forshaga 23.15

A 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital by ambulance with unclear injuries, after he fell off the trailer of an A-tractor. The driver of the vehicle, a 15-year-old boy, is suspected of a crime related to the accident and the investigation will show what happened. Guardians and social services have been informed.

Driving Under the Influence, Arvika 23.19

A driver, a 40-year-old man, is suspected of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the city center. The man was taken with the patrol for a blood test. After the blood test, the man was taken into custody according to the Law on the Temporary Care of Intoxicated Persons.

Assault, Karlstad 03.06

A 40-year-old woman was arrested and later detained by the prosecutor, suspected of aggravated assault on a 35-year-old woman. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment with unclear injuries. The two women know each other and the crime occurred in a residence.

Aside from this, we have among other things checked 14 people or vehicles, carried out two traffic checks, handled six wildlife accidents without personal injury, taken six people into custody according to the Law on the Temporary Care of Intoxicated Persons, and handled three cases related to mental health.
